An Original Score by Justice
Rockstar Games made a major music announcement on October 29, 2026: Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, the French duo Justice, have composed the original instrumental score for Grand Theft Auto VI. The score will accompany Jason and Lucia’s story across Vice City and Leonida. Its defining feature is more than simply the choice of prestigious artists: it is described as adaptive, meaning it can evolve based on what the player is doing on screen.
30 Tracks Available December 11
The album Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score by Justice will be released on December 11, 2026, on major streaming platforms, as well as on CD and vinyl. Rockstar has announced 30 tracks and digital bonus content. Among them is “Flower in a Hurricane,” heard in the launch trailer, featuring Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. The new single “Pusher,” recorded with Gesaffelstein, is being released on October 29.
Don’t Confuse the Original Score with the Radio Stations
This release is separate from Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, which features a selection of artists and songs, as well as the radio stations that accompany players on their drives. Justice’s score is more directly tied to the game’s sequences, tension, and musical changes. Both approaches contribute to Leonida’s sound, but they serve different purposes.
Good News for Vice City’s Atmosphere
The question is how the music will follow a mission, fade into the background during exploration, and build intensity during a chase. Leonida Gang readers can find the official stations and tracks in our music section, with embedded players where the platforms allow it, and without mistakenly attributing Justice’s compositions to the radio stations.
