The Six Official Regions of Leonida: Much More Than Vice City
Vice City, the Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia, and Mount Kalaga: an overview of the six regions Rockstar has named so far.
Vice City, the Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia, and Mount Kalaga: an overview of the six regions Rockstar has named so far.
Rockstar Has Named Six Major Territories
The final GTA 6 map has not yet been released as a complete plan with borders and scale. However, Rockstar has already named six iconic destinations in the fictional state of Leonida. This distinction matters: knowing the major regions is not enough to reconstruct every road or the total area with certainty.
From the Coast to the Swamplands
Vice City is the major coastal metropolis. The Leonida Keys are a chain of tropical islands where Jason encounters local traffickers. Grassrivers refers to wetlands, mangroves, and wilder nature. These three environments, shown in official materials, already suggest very different ways to get around: from the city center to island roads and waterways.
Three More Sides of Leonida
Port Gellhorn offers another side of the coastline, rougher and shaped by imagery of motels and the open road. Ambrosia represents a region more closely associated with industry and the state's interior. Mount Kalaga and its national park evoke highlands, forests, and outdoor recreation. Rockstar has released official visuals for each area, but placing them together on a community map is still a reconstruction.
On the Leonida Gang interactive map, these names will serve as the basis for documented geographic categories. Regional boundaries, exact routes, points of interest, and accessible businesses will be verified when they can be observed directly, rather than inferred from a montage of screenshots.
