A country station for rural Leonida
Back Country Radio is one of the first six stations featured on the official Grand Theft Auto VI music page. Rockstar describes its sound as unruly country music, made for travelling through Leonida’s wilder landscapes. The atmosphere calls to mind the waterways and boats of the swamps, but it does not establish that the station is exclusive to any particular region or type of vehicle.
MW, Delta Dawne and what you can hear
Rockstar names MW and Delta Dawne as voices of Back Country Radio and offers an audio preview of the station on its website. This is a promotional sample, not a complete track list for the game. It tells us nothing about the order in which songs will play, the number of tracks or any broadcast schedule. This page therefore distinguishes the announced hosts and musical style from the songs that still need to be identified in the playable game.
